Psychotherapy for Sexual Problems

Sexual problems are not uncommon with around 1 in 10 men experiencing issues around sexual performance. This is not at all unusual but it does cause a lot of men and women significant distress.

If this distress and concern about performing sexually that leads to anxiety. Then this can affect the ability to perform sexually on subsequent occassions and a unhelpful pattern is built up.

This is where Hypnotherapy can help. It can reduce the anxiety and restore helpful patterns of belief around sex which in turn enhances confidence. It take just a couple of sessions or less to restore that confidence and reverse those unhelpful patterns or behaviour.

I have also produced three CDs realting to sexual matters and these are now recommended by psychosexual counsellors who use them to support their work.

The three are;

Prelude for Couples. This CD helps couple re-ignite that sexual spark in their relationship.
