Hove Hypnotherapy Terms and Conditions
I have produced these terms and conditions so that you are informed about the way I operate as a therapist and so that you know what you can expect from me and what I expect from you.
My promise to you
- Our objective is to provide professional hypnotherapy psychotherapy service for clients seeking to improve their emotional health
- You can expect me to always be professional, friendly and sensitive to your specific issues, and I offer a calm supportive environment during your treatment.
- I am happy to liaise with any other healthcare professionals in order to optimise your treatment and outcomes.
- You will be provided with a clear fee outline so that you are fully aware of the cost of your treatment.
- I will do our best to be flexible with your individual circumstances with regard to appointment times.
- Whilst I always do our best to meet client expectations we cannot offer specific guarantees regarding treatment outcomes.
- My clinical services are not a substitute for medical advise.
- If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your care we promise to discuss it with you openly with the aim of speedy and professional resolution.
- I guarantee to protect your confidentiality at all times and you have the right to view any information that we retain regarding your treatment.
- I maintain professional indemnity insurance and membership of the most respected Hypnotherapy organisation in the UK , the GHR.
Your obligation to me
- I request that you are punctual for your appointments
- I ask for at least 24 hours notice of cancellation of a booked appointment.
- If appointments are cancelled without notice I reserve the right to invoice a fee of £50 to cover the cost of my time. If there are special circumstances and the appointment is rescheduled then we can always openly discuss any cancellation fee.
