You may wonder how we accomplish what so many diets may have failed to achieve in the past. Well we essentially look at the relationship with food and they way that you think about food. We look at the way you engage with food and the patterns around your eating.

Believe it or not we all have a natural method of maintaining a healthy weight but very often people who want to lose weight need help to listen to what their bodies really need, and this where hypnotherapy can really help.

The weight loss programme is a three session programme initially. We start with a 90 minute session where we outline your objectives explore what your objective means to you and what benefits you will experience.

We also examne your existing eating patterns and begin changing the way you relate to food to be consistent with your objective. This pocess is continued into the second session we discuss the feedback from the first session and reinforce the changes. Te third session looks at maintianing the change and again reinforces the healthy eating patterns.

The cost is £75 for the first session and £50 each for the follow up session.
